1:1 Training Sessions

Personalised support, tailored to you and your dog

Every dog is different. Every family is different. And training should reflect that.

My 1:1 sessions are designed to give you practical, kind, science-based support that fits your real life. Whether you need help with recall, lead walking, focus, confidence, resource guarding or simply want to build a stronger partnership with your dog, we’ll create a plan that works for you.

Sessions are relaxed, supportive and completely tailored to your goals. You’ll leave with clear steps, practical exercises and the confidence to keep moving forward.

Why Choose a 1:1 Session?

Tailored to your dog – I take the time to understand what’s going on for your dog,  their history, their emotions, what they find tricky, and what they find wonderful. From there, we create a plan that fits them.

We work on what matters most

Your 1:1 might focus on:

  • Reactivity or big feelings around dogs/people
  • Over-arousal, jumping up, grabbing, mouthing
  • Resource guarding
  • Confidence-building
  • Loose-lead walking
  • Recall
  • Home-based challenges
  • And anything else making life harder than it needs to be.

Training isn’t just about your dog – I help you understand what your dog is communicating, why certain behaviours occur, and how to support them day to day.

What Happens During the Session?

Your 60-90 minute 1:1 includes:

  • A chat to understand what’s been happening
  • Observing your dog and identifying what’s driving the behaviour
  • Practical exercises and coaching tailored to your dog
  • Simple strategies you can use straight away
  • A follow-up plan so you know exactly what to work on next

And of course tons of positive reinforcement, kindness, and teamwork.

In-person or online

You can choose how your coaching session takes place:

  • In-Person 1:1s – ideal if you want hands-on guidance in real-life environments.
  • Zoom/Teams/Whatsapp video 1:1s – brilliant for behaviour support, puppies, anxious dogs, or owners who prefer to learn from home.

Both are equally effective, just different styles of support.

How much does it cost?

1:1 sessions are £60 for the initial meet, which is 60-90 minutes. If you decide you need further support, each 60-minute follow-up session is £45.
